Pickup and drop-off

Picking up or dropping off your rental is simple. We’re open 8 AM to 6 PM daily. If your plans change, just text us at (984) 205-1317.

Where to find us

3105 Walnut Glen Drive

Willow Spring, NC 27592

We’re in a residential neighborhood. The warehouse is at the back of the property, behind 6222 Walnut Glen Drive. If your GPS takes you to 6222, you’re in the right place. Keep going past the house to reach us.

Look for the black mailbox with the gold 6222 and our Party Lot sticker. Pull in at that driveway and keep going.

You’ll see a sign on the fence that says “WAREHOUSE DOWN THIS DRIVEWAY.” Follow that driveway back to the white warehouse with the black star and American flag.

Pickup

Pick up any time after your booking start time, between 8 AM and 6 PM.

If the warehouse doors are open, someone will be there to help you. If not, your items will be waiting on the left side of the warehouse (when you’re facing the large door), next to a sign that says “Pickup.”

Drop-off

Please return your items by your booking end date, between 8 AM and 6 PM. Items returned after your booked return time may be charged an additional daily rate.

Drop-off works the same way as pickup. If the warehouse doors are open, someone will be there to help you. If not, leave your items where you picked them up, on the left side of the warehouse next to the “Pickup” sign. Then send us a quick text at (984) 205-1317 so we know you’re all set.

You’ll pull in here. Keep going down the driveway, past the house at 6222.
