This is the tent that makes the party look like it was always meant to be here — 400 square feet of wide-open space with no center pole to build tables and a dance floor around, topped with the same peaked, marquee-style roofline you'd expect from a traditional pole tent. Perfect for a milestone birthday, a graduation celebration, a family reunion, or any backyard event that's outgrown what a canopy can cover. Add sidewalls if you want a fully enclosed space, or leave it open for airflow on a warm afternoon.

This price covers the tent and full setup and breakdown by our team, included every time — nothing else to add for the tent itself. Delivery is priced separately based on your distance from Willow Spring (we service up to 50 miles out), since a flat number wouldn't be fair to a customer five minutes away or accurate for one thirty miles out. You'll see your exact delivery cost at checkout before you pay anything.

Because a structure this size needs the right ground and clear access for our truck and trailer, we'll confirm a few details about your site before your booking is locked in. Call ahead if you already know your setup, or book online and we'll follow up to confirm. Setup requires grass or soil that can hold a stake — we don't currently offer concrete, pavement, or asphalt installations. You'll also need to call 811 before your event so utility lines get marked and our 41" stakes go in safely.

Your daily rate stays the same for a full weekend event. We typically arrive to install the day before your event and return the day after to break it down, and neither of those days is charged to you.

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
