This is the tablecloth that makes a folding table disappear — a full floor-length drop on all sides of a standard 6ft table, with a seamless front so there's no visible center seam running down the middle to show up in photos. The polyester fabric resists stains and wrinkles, so a little spilled punch or barbecue sauce mid-party isn't a crisis, and it holds its color wash after wash.

Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery. Delivery is priced by distance, and we cover up to 50 miles from Willow Spring. Choose your own pickup and return times, any time from 8 AM to 6 PM. Delivery times are set by our delivery schedule. After you book, we'll contact you to make sure delivery happens around your event and at least 2 hours before it starts. A rental of 48 hours or less counts as 1 day. Anything over is billed at the standard 1-day rate. Items returned after your booked return time may be charged an additional daily rate. No hidden fees, no surprises — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • A 50% retainer is due at booking to secure your date and equipment. It's non-refundable — think of it as reserving your spot, not a hold we return. The rest is due 7 days before your pickup.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team. Setup and takedown are included in your price. Delivery is extra and based on distance ($40 + $4 per mile).

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • All payments made, including your retainer, are non-refundable. If you cancel, we won't charge any unpaid remaining balance. We are willing to work with you to reschedule.
