This is the dispenser that makes lemonade, sweet tea, or sangria look like it belongs at the party instead of just sitting in a jug on the counter — a full 2.5 gallons of clear, BPA-free acrylic with a no-drip spigot, so guests can pour themselves a glass without a puddle forming underneath. The base has its own compartment for ice, so your drink stays cold without ever getting watered down as the ice melts.

The wide-mouth lid makes it easy to fill straight from a pitcher, and the break-resistant acrylic means it can handle a bit of jostling on the drive over without you worrying about it.

Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery. Delivery is priced by distance, and we cover up to 50 miles from Willow Spring. Choose your own pickup and return times, any time from 8 AM to 6 PM. Delivery times are set by our delivery schedule. After you book, we'll contact you to make sure delivery happens around your event and at least 2 hours before it starts. A rental of 48 hours or less counts as 1 day. Anything over is billed at the standard 1-day rate. Items returned after your booked return time may be charged an additional daily rate. No hidden fees, no surprises — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • A 50% retainer is due at booking to secure your date and equipment. It's non-refundable — think of it as reserving your spot, not a hold we return. The rest is due 7 days before your pickup.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team. Setup and takedown are included in your price. Delivery is extra and based on distance ($40 + $4 per mile).

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • All payments made, including your retainer, are non-refundable. If you cancel, we won't charge any unpaid remaining balance. We are willing to work with you to reschedule.
