Not looking to spend your morning arranging tables and chairs before guests show up? This is our hands-on setup service — we come to your event space and arrange your rental order exactly where you want it, so you can spend that time on everything else on your list.

Because every layout is different, we'll talk through the details with you before the event: where things go, how the space is used, and anything specific you have in mind. From there, book however many hours you think the setup will take. There's a 1-hour minimum no matter how small the event, and if we talk it through and decide the time needs adjusting, we'll make that call together before your date.

This works great alongside any tent, table, or chair order — pair it with your rental so everything's ready to go when you and your guests arrive.

  • A 50% retainer secures your date; the rest is due 7 days before your event.

  • Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
