The offset bottom keeps it up off wet ground, and the wire handles make it easy to move even when it's full of ice and drinks. Built from solid galvanized steel, not the plastic tubs that crack after a season or two outside.

Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or we'll deliver — pricing is based on distance, and we cover up to 50 miles from Willow Spring. Your daily rate stays the same for a full weekend event, and pickup or drop-off days are never charged. Pickup starts at 3pm the day before your event, with everything collected by 10am the day after. No hidden fees, no surprises — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
