Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or we'll deliver — pricing is based on distance, and we cover up to 50 miles from Willow Spring. Your daily rate stays the same for a full weekend event, and pickup or drop-off days are never charged. Pickup starts at 3pm the day before your event, with everything collected by 10am the day after. No hidden fees, no surprises — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
