Thirty-six chairs and six tables — built for a celebration with real scale, whether that's a retirement party, an anniversary get-together, a corporate team event, or a community gathering that's outgrown a backyard-sized guest list. Everyone gets a real seat, and the space actually feels planned instead of improvised.

At this size, we'd recommend adding delivery rather than hauling it yourself — 36 chairs and 6 tables is more than a typical trip can comfortably manage, even with the seats down. Add delivery to your order and it arrives ready to go, no repeat trips, no loading Tetris.

What's included:

  • 6x Offwhite Bifold Table

Each table comfortably seats 6, which is how this package is sized — but if you'd rather pack more people around the same six tables, just add extra White Folding Chairs to your cart. Two more per table gets you a tighter, 8-per-table arrangement — 48 guests total — without needing another table.

Want tablecloths too? Add them at checkout. Pickup is available at our Willow Spring location if you've got the right vehicle for it, or add delivery to your order — either way, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No hidden fees, ever.

  • A 50% retainer secures your date; the rest is due 7 days before your event.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
