This is the package for a larger celebration that still calls for a polished look — a milestone anniversary, a retirement reception, a corporate event, or any gathering where you want real scale without sacrificing how it looks in photos. Padded resin chairs and seamless banquet tables give the space a finished, event-ready feel rather than just functional seating.

At this size, we'd recommend adding delivery rather than hauling it yourself — 36 resin chairs and 6 standard-fold tables is a genuinely heavy, bulky load, more than our base Party Package at the same guest count. Add delivery to your order and it arrives ready to go, no repeat trips required.

Each table comfortably seats 6, which is how this package is sized — but if you'd rather pack more people around the same six tables, just add extra White Resin Folding Chairs to your cart. Two more per table gets you a tighter, 8-per-table arrangement — 48 guests total — without needing another table.

This package includes setup of the tables and chairs. Delivery pricing is based on distance, and we cover up to 50 miles from Willow Spring. Your daily rate stays the same for a full weekend event, and pickup or drop-off days are never charged. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No hidden fees, ever.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
