This is what actually keeps the chafing dish hot instead of just decorative — a can of methanol gel fuel that burns clean and steady for a full 4 hours, hot enough to hold food at serving temperature the whole time it's out. The can itself stays cool to the touch even while lit, and the twist cap doubles as a snuffer — just close it to put the flame out in seconds, no water or sand needed.

Two cans come included with every chafing dish rental, enough for a solid 4-hour window. Running longer than that? Add extra cans right here so the food stays hot for the whole event, whether it's a long reception or a multi-course buffet.

If you'd rather not worry about lighting and swapping cans yourself, our event setup service can handle the chafing dishes along with the rest of your layout.

Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery. Delivery is priced by distance, and we cover up to 50 miles from Willow Spring. Choose your own pickup and return times, any time from 8 AM to 6 PM. Delivery times are set by our delivery schedule. After you book, we'll contact you to make sure delivery happens around your event and at least 2 hours before it starts. A rental of 48 hours or less counts as 1 day. Anything over is billed at the standard 1-day rate. Items returned after your booked return time may be charged an additional daily rate. No hidden fees, no surprises — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • A 50% retainer is due at booking to secure your date and equipment. It's non-refundable — think of it as reserving your spot, not a hold we return. The rest is due 7 days before your pickup.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team. Setup and takedown are included in your price. Delivery is extra and based on distance ($40 + $4 per mile).

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • All payments made, including your retainer, are non-refundable. If you cancel, we won't charge any unpaid remaining balance. We are willing to work with you to reschedule.
