This is the package for a celebration that wants real cover for a party of 12 — two 10' x 10' canopies set side by side create a genuinely open, shaded space for a birthday, a baby shower, a graduation gathering, or any backyard event where you want guests protected from sun and light rain without going full-scale. Two 6 ft. banquet tables and twelve padded resin chairs give everyone a real seat with a finished, event-ready look.

There's nothing to load, haul, or figure out — our team delivers, sets up, and breaks down both tents, and everything inside them arrives ready to go.

This price covers both tents, tables, chairs, and full setup by our team — one delivery fee for the whole package, since everything travels together. Delivery is priced separately based on distance from our location — you'll see your exact cost at checkout before you pay anything.

  • A 50% retainer secures your date; the rest is due 7 days before your event.

  • Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
