This is the package for a real event — a milestone birthday, a graduation celebration, a family reunion, or any gathering large enough to need actual shelter, not just seating. The 20' x 20' tent gives your guests shade and rain protection over the whole space, while 6 banquet tables and 48 padded resin chairs, 8 comfortable seats per table, give everyone a proper seat and a finished, event-ready look.

This price covers the tent, tables, chairs, and full setup by our team. Delivery is priced separately based on distance from our location, since a flat number wouldn't be fair to a customer 5 minutes away or accurate for one 30 miles out — you'll see your exact delivery cost at checkout before you pay anything.

Want to enclose the tent instead of leaving it open? Add sidewalls to your order.

Your daily rate stays the same for a full weekend event, and pickup or drop-off days are never charged. We typically arrive to deliver and set up the day before your event and return the day after to break it down.

No hidden fees, ever — one price covers setup, always included. Delivery is added separately based on your distance from us.

  • A 50% retainer secures your date; the rest is due 7 days before your event.

  • Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
