This is the table doing the real work under your tablecloth — a 6-foot, 30-inch-wide banquet surface, smooth and stain-resistant, built to the exact 2" thickness that skirting clips and standard linens are designed for, so nothing bunches, gaps, or slides out of place mid-event. Rounded edges keep elbows comfortable in tighter seating, and the whole top wipes clean in seconds if something spills before dessert.

Underneath, 16-gauge steel legs lock into place with a gravity-lock safety ring, so there's no wobble once it's set up, and non-marring glides on the feet protect your patio or a rented venue floor. Seats 6 comfortably around a full spread, or up to 8 in a tighter, family-style layout.

Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery. Delivery is priced by distance, and we cover up to 50 miles out. Choose your own pickup and return times, any time from 8 AM to 6 PM. Delivery times are set by our delivery schedule. After you book, we'll contact you to make sure delivery happens around your event and at least 2 hours before it starts. A rental of 48 hours or less counts as 1 day. Anything over is billed at the standard 1-day rate. Items returned after your booked return time may be charged an additional daily rate. No hidden fees, no surprises — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • A 50% retainer is due at booking to secure your date and equipment. It's non-refundable — think of it as reserving your spot, not a hold we return. The rest is due 7 days before your pickup.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team. Setup and takedown are included in your price. Delivery is extra and based on distance ($40 + $4 per mile).

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • All payments made, including your retainer, are non-refundable. If you cancel, we won't charge any unpaid remaining balance. We are willing to work with you to reschedule.
