Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or we'll bring it straight to you — delivery is based on distance, and we service up to 50 miles out. Your daily rate stays the same even over a weekend event, and we never charge for the pickup or drop-off days themselves. Pickup starts at 3pm the day before your event, and everything's due back by 10am the day after — plenty of time on both ends so you're never rushing.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
