It holds well over 1,000 lbs without wobble or give, so there's nothing to think twice about, even when big Uncle Ray sits down mid-toast.

The seat is a full 15.5" x 14" with a padded vinyl cushion, wide and soft enough to sit through a long reception or a slow afternoon of conversation. The white finish stays bright rain or shine, so it photographs just as well at golden hour as it did the moment it arrived — a small thing that matters when half your guests are pulling out their phones.

Prefer not to unstack and arrange a hundred chairs yourself? Add setup to your order and we'll have them placed and ready before you even get there.

Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery. Delivery is priced by distance, and we cover up to 50 miles out. Choose your own pickup and return times, any time from 8 AM to 6 PM. Delivery times are set by our delivery schedule. After you book, we'll contact you to make sure delivery happens around your event and at least 2 hours before it starts. A rental of 48 hours or less counts as 1 day. Anything over is billed at the standard 1-day rate. Items returned after your booked return time may be charged an additional daily rate. No hidden fees, no surprises — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • A 50% retainer is due at booking to secure your date and equipment. It's non-refundable — think of it as reserving your spot, not a hold we return. The rest is due 7 days before your pickup.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team. Setup and takedown are included in your price. Delivery is extra and based on distance ($40 + $4 per mile).

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • All payments made, including your retainer, are non-refundable. If you cancel, we won't charge any unpaid remaining balance. We are willing to work with you to reschedule.
