Prefer not to unstack and arrange a hundred chairs yourself? Add setup to your order and we'll have them placed and ready before you even get there.

Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or we'll deliver — pricing is based on distance, and we cover up to 50 miles out. Your daily rate holds steady even for a full weekend event, and the pickup and drop-off days themselves are always free. Pickup starts at 3pm the day before your event, with everything due back by 10am the day after, so setup and teardown never feel rushed.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
