This is what turns an open-air tent into a real room — a clear-view vinyl panel that zips onto the tent frame to block wind and rain while still letting light and the view in, so your guests aren't staring at a blank wall all afternoon. Unlike a solid panel, you can still see the yard, the string lights, or the sunset through it.

The zippered opening means it's never fully sealed — unzip it for airflow on a warm day, or zip it shut if a late-afternoon storm rolls through, which happens more often than any of us would like in a Carolina summer. Each panel covers one full side of the tent.

Add as many panels as you need to any tent booking, priced per wall, so you only enclose the sides you want. Since side walls attach directly to the tent frame, installation is included whenever you add them to a tent booking — no separate setup fee, no extra step for you.

Pricing on the tent itself follows the same terms either way: delivery is based on distance, and we service up to 50 miles from Willow Spring. Sidewalls are installed and removed by our team along with your tent, so they follow your tent's times and day count: a rental of 48 hours or less counts as 1 day, and anything over is billed at the standard 1-day rate. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees, ever.

FAQ

  • A 50% retainer is due at booking to secure your date and equipment. It's non-refundable — think of it as reserving your spot, not a hold we return. The rest is due 7 days before your pickup.

  • Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team. Setup and takedown are included in your price. Delivery is extra and based on distance ($40 + $4 per mile).

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • All payments made, including your retainer, are non-refundable. If you cancel, we won't charge any unpaid remaining balance. We are willing to work with you to reschedule.
