This is what turns an open-air tent into a real room — a clear-view vinyl panel that zips onto the tent frame to block wind and rain while still letting light and the view in, so your guests aren't staring at a blank wall all afternoon. Unlike a solid panel, you can still see the yard, the string lights, or the sunset through it.

The zippered opening means it's never fully sealed — unzip it for airflow on a warm day, or zip it shut if a late-afternoon storm rolls through, which happens more often than any of us would like in a Carolina summer. Each panel covers one full side of the tent.

Add as many panels as you need to any tent booking, priced per wall, so you only enclose the sides you want. Since side walls attach directly to the tent frame, installation is included whenever you add them to a tent booking — no separate setup fee, no extra step for you.

Pricing on the tent itself follows the same terms either way: delivery is based on distance, and we service up to 50 miles from Willow Spring. Your daily rate stays the same for a full weekend event, and pickup or drop-off days are never charged. Pickup starts at 3 pm the day before your event, with everything collected by 10 am the day after. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees, ever.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
