This is the tent that goes up without you lifting a finger — a 10' x 10' pop-up canopy on a spring-loaded frame that our team delivers, sets up, and anchors in place for you. It's the easy option when you need quick shade or weather cover without the footprint of a full-size frame tent.

The 100 square feet underneath covers a serving table, a small seating area, or a vendor booth setup with room to spare.

This price covers the tent and full setup and breakdown by our team, included every time — nothing else to add for the tent itself. Delivery is priced separately based on your distance from Willow Spring (we service up to 50 miles out), so you'll see your exact delivery cost at checkout before you pay anything.

Your daily rate stays the same for a full weekend event. We typically arrive to set up the day before your event and return the day after to break it down, and neither of those days is charged to you.

No hidden fees, ever — one price covers setup, always included. Delivery is added separately based on your distance from us.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
