Turn your backyard into an evening venue for 18 guests. Two 10' x 10' canopy tents set side by side give you real shade and light-rain cover, and two 48 ft. LED string lights hang beneath the canopies for a warm, glowing ambience that keeps the party going well after sunset. It's a great fit for birthdays, baby showers, graduation parties, and backyard gatherings in Raleigh, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Garner, Apex, and Cary.

Three 6 ft. white banquet tables and eighteen white folding chairs give every guest a seat with a clean, event-ready look.

There's nothing to load, haul, or figure out. Our team delivers, sets up, and breaks down both tents, the lights, the tables, and the chairs.

This price covers both tents, the lights, tables, chairs, and full setup. Delivery is priced separately based on distance from our location, and you'll see your exact cost at checkout before you pay anything.

  • A 50% retainer is due at booking to secure your date and equipment. It's non-refundable — think of it as reserving your spot, not a hold we return. The rest is due 7 days before your pickup.

  • Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team. Setup and takedown are included in your price. Delivery is extra and based on distance ($40 + $4 per mile).

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • All payments made, including your retainer, are non-refundable. If you cancel, we won't charge any unpaid remaining balance. We are willing to work with you to reschedule.
