Already got your own serving spoon and fuel, or just don't need the extras? This is the same 8-quart stainless chafer as our full kit — the dish, water pan, food pan, and lid — without the spoon, spoon rest, or fuel included. Holds enough for about 18 servings of a dish like lasagna, so it comfortably covers a main course for a mid-sized gathering.

Need fuel or a serving spoon after all? Add Sterno fuel cans at checkout, or grab the full Chafing Dish kit instead if you'd rather have everything in one order.

Want it filled, fueled, and staged on the buffet line before guests arrive? Add setup to your order and we'll take care of it.

Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or we'll deliver — pricing is based on distance, and we cover up to 50 miles from Willow Spring. Your daily rate stays the same for a full weekend event, and pickup or drop-off days are never charged. Pickup starts at 3pm the day before your event, with everything collected by 10am the day after. No hidden fees, no surprises — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • A 50% retainer secures your date; the rest is due 7 days before your event.

  • Pick up free at our Willow Spring location, or add delivery.

    For Any Tent Rental: 

    No — delivery and setup are always handled by our team, included in your price.

  • We monitor conditions and will always reach out if we determine something's unsafe. If we determine it is unsafe we can discuss rescheduling the event. 

  • 7 or more days out, you lose only your retainer. We are willing to work with you to reschedule. However a full cancelation and you lose the retainer.
